The owner was very professional and made sure all our needs were met. We noticed that we had a leak coming through our roof in our kitchen and was looking all over for a company to come out and look at it along with being in our price range. Dawn made sure that her workers were out at our house the same week to see the cause of the problem. It looked like the last big storm we had blew away some of our tiles where we had some rating we never knew about. They were able to get started soon after. Thank goodness for them. We are first time home buyers and they made the process an easy one for us. The dry rot got fixed along with a new roof. We decided to redo the whole thing bc we didn't want to have the same problem a year from now. Fully completed in a day. Very happy with our decision. my roof is only 5 yrs old but they did a lousy job leaving my p-trap vent pipe leaking water from the sides, it destroyed my closet ceiling and wall, my roofer did not even roof cement under and around the pipe boot leaving it open to leaking water, I called Infinity roof and they send Ervin to my house right away, he inspected my attic and roof and went to work right away, even when it was pouring rain (remnants of Hurricane Nicole), he still didn't give up and continue working on the roof, while he was finishing the repair, I went up into the attic and "VOILA", no more leaking water, it's like a miracle, he patched it up so good not a single drop of water leaking from the vent pipe, he even taped up my dry vent cause my roofer just left it hanging in the attic, and the price is unbelievable affordable compare to the other roofer's quotes, Infinity Roofing and Ervin is the best, especially after what my roofer did to me 5 yrs ago, thank you Infinity Roofing and Ervin, you're the best
