If you are looking into getting a new roof do not look here. If I could give them no stars I would. This company came to my door offering to get me the best deal on my roof. We were in the works of finalizing with a roofing company when a salesman came to us and said they could get our roof done for half the price of regular market value. They assured us they would get more money from our insurance company and this would cover the roof expense. Of course me and my wife both felt like if we would not have to pay out of pocket that this was a great deal. We offered all our insurance information and they were fully informed about our policy. Months went by without any communication or progress. My wife had to call numerous times to start the process on behalf of their company to our insurance company until we finally were able to get a payout from the insurance. I left off one star because it took a little longer than expected. Otherwise I feel very satisfied with the whole process. From day one Freddie was a great help. He always answered my questions in a timely fashion, kept me updated and guided me through the whole process. The installation crew was professional and did a excellent job and clean up after.
