The process was very organized when reaching out to my insurance company for the claim. Once it was approved, it was scheduled quickly and the install took less than two days! Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

First and foremost the roofing crews were great. They did amazing work. My complaint is with the salesman and managers. Their lack of communication is something else. They were good until they received the deposit and then didn't hear anything from them. We had multiple roofs under contract with them and they couldn't be bothered to let us know how permitting was going or if the materials were ordered or if the materials had arrived. Not to mention 4 weeks after deposit was given they had to go recheck a measurement to place material order. This should have been done way before the 4 week mark.That was frustrating to say the least. Zero communication. Unless we called them and even then never received an honest answer. Out of calling 19 companies to get an estimate on my roof and having a lot of drive bys and no call no shows, these guys showed up and took the time to actually look at my roof and tell me exactly what needed to be done. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me, but Wade has taken the time to keep in touch with me and give me pointers and potential ideas when dealing with my insurance company. He's gone above and beyond with answering my questions instead of just saying "sorry, can't help ya" like every company I've called. Service: Roof inspection
