If you want a great AC company, use Cousins. I shopped around and spoke to several companies who provided me bids on new systems. My sales rep, Jason, provided me with all the information I needed and he didn't hesitate to call me when I had a question. There was no pressure at all to purchase. Kyle is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job! Every time I need to schedule a service call or request a tune-up, he is the person who I request. I have had my a/c unit for 3 years and I have always been more than satisfied with everything he has done when he has visited my house. Where can I even start?! My AC stopped working - and it’s Soflo during the summer! So it’s hotttt!! I made a call to Cousins Air and the staff was super prompt in responding back right away - via phone or text. They were able to send a tech out the same day and diagnose the problem. I appreciate how the tech wore booties indoors to Keep my floor's clean. They came back the next day and took care of the issue. I seriously thought I needed a new unit but I didn’t - just a new fan and unclogging the drain. They explained exactly what the issue was… they’re honest and didn't take advantage of the situation. I’m so happy to have cool air lol. B/c of the extraordinary service, I’ll be doing regular maintenance to keep this unit intact. Highly recommend ????????
