Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

First off I would not recommend this company at all! Here is why. Matt came out to our home to inspect and give us the run down, he wanted us to sign saying that we would use them and no one else. We were not comfortable with doing that, as we wanted to wait for our insurance adjuster. Well Matt was at our house for several hours trying to convince us to sign with him, he did not leave our house until 9:30pm when we gave in. The fact we told them we had family visiting and they still showed up late was very upsetting. They were suppose to remove our tub and anything else that had mold, and they said yes will do that and never did. We asked them several times because there was moisture behind it and refused. We tried reaching out to Matt several times as did our adjuster and we were sent to voicemail, over a week over calling. They took our mirror from our bathroom and set it in our front yard, we did not know about and now we have a huge patch of grass dead. Every time the came they sh

Arrived on time. Provided a reasonable estimate. No Mark up for weekend. Explained all of the work they would perform. Cleared clog pretty quickly. Also got sewer line scoped as part of the service. Stephenson and Craig provided excellent service.

We came home from vacation to a pretty significant slab leak that thankfully appeared to have just occurred but needed addressed asap. We had talked to a couple of local plumbers and general “fix-it” guys who were unable to help us, because the job was deep in/under our flooring. We did end up calling Roto Rooter based on online reviews. Matt was able to come out to review our leak within a short window of time same day and was knowledgeable but also professional and polite. He helped explain things to us and clearly had our best interest in mind. He was going out of town the few days after he did our leak detection (which he let us know about before he got started in case we wanted to have someone else do the leak detection etc too) but offered to get us a different repairman out to still make sure we got our leak fixed asap. Clive was the man who did the rest of our repair and he was polite and friendly, explained things and talked to us about options. He worked with us and our sched
