The company is professional, the plumber not so... Tried to stall and stall since you pay by the half hour. Scrolled through personal pictures on phone discussing cases that were not ours. Used our restroom, left it dirty. The actual work was done pretty quickly, but he included the time he spend in his car in front of the house. $800 later ..... Terrible service, clueless on how to fix my Toto toilet. He had to look it up on Google, etc, and then had to call another plumber when he still could not figure out how to remove the push plate on the wall. Their fee is for them to diagnose not fix (which is fine), though ALL but 5 min was getting help to figure out how to remove the push plate. Brought zero tools into the apartment, only needed a simple screwdriver. PLUS there is an extra charge for “tools on the truck”.. something like 9 extra bucks for a screwdriver! Then wanted to charge an extra 15 min to go back to his truck again (second trip as he had to go back for a screwdriver- which had he asked I would have provided ) to write up the bill when he wasted 40 because he was clueless. His photos were so bad the office could not figure out what to order. I provided them with model, I called them for four weeks and they still had not sourced the part. I gave up. First I'll say this is not the first time I've used Kyle Plumbing. I will say I have been very satisfied with them in the past, on this occasion, not so much... I called Kyle Plumbing in the morning about a toilet bowl that was losing water after it flushed. I was happy to hear that they could have someone out quickly. The plumber showed up in about an hour, again great service. The plumber came in, flushed my toilet a few times and said the toilet needed to be replaced. No real thoughts on what was wrong with it, just that it needed to be replaced. I asked the plumber for an estimate, he went out to his truck and came back in a few minutes. He quoted me on a two piece toilet (the fixture only), I then asked him how much the total would be with labor. The plumber told me that would depend on how difficult the installation was, but he really couldn’t give me an idea of a total price. I told him to go ahead and start the replacement as he was already there. He stated he didn
