We had considered replacing our roof for a long time but could not find a company that we felt listened to our needs, finally we did. From start to finish, Victor answered all the questions we had and his crew worked tirelessly to get our project done during a very short window due to the rain event in April. Not only did they do a great job, they exceeded our expectations. They were able to finish the project early, even with a challenging flat section of roof that needed to be watched over late into the day. When the city inspector came, he was impressed, but not surprised, that the Monarch crew stayed late to make sure everything was set properly. We could tell everyone really took pride in their work and made sure to clean up the job site everyday. Victor completed the job in the time he estimate - it took 4 days from start to finish. Monarch was professional and did an amazing job fully complying with the state of Florida’s codes which are stricter than other states, and passed inspection without complications!
