Contacted Monarch Roofing for a reroof of my residence. Following several other estimates from different companies, Monarch was the best choice. Family owned business that really cares. Victor was professional and understanding during our initial contact. He explained everything and even completed a physical inspection of my old roof. Most of the big companies will not visit your residence for an estimate and will not take the time to seek your business. Victor's presentation and honesty stood out from the others. Monarch finished my roof (with secondary water barrier) in a timely manner and Victor kept me updated during the permit process until the final inspection.
