Had my home Water Heater replaced . Price was reasonable compared to others. Nick did a fantastic job. I was thrilled at the skill, neatness, and time taken to complete the job. Will definitely use them in future.

I had an issue with an outside pipe/hose valve and called PMI. I was called back and scheduled for Nick to come out. Very pleased with the service and what was done in terms of repair. Nick and his team check all the boxes: -They call back when they say they will, show up on time, explain the problem and give accurate estimates with very reasonable prices, execute quality work and clean up like they weren't there. His wife, Heather, handles the communication and paperwork for their family business with similiar efficiency. We've called them three times in the past few years and have been very satisfied with the services. They recently cleaned out the clogged kitchen waste line, and were called before to repair a shower valve and to install plumbing lines for a kitchen renovation. Nick is thoughtful and experienced as he troubleshoots and repairs. His dad was a plumber, so this guy has grown up in the business, and they are members of the community. We always highly recommend their services to all our friends, who also have been very happy they called.
