Gas Plumbing Services Inc

We hired Gas Plumbing Services to move a gas line and attach a pool heater. The job took four days, excessive by any account, but made even worse by the fact that it was not four days in a row. They worked on it, then left for a week. Worked on it, then left for a week - 3 times!! The worst was that each time they came back, it was a different technician, and we had to explain the whole project again. Getting a new date for the company to return and finish the work was always an ordeal. The project is done now. Hopefully the pool heater works. I'm not holding my breath. If you want your work done in a timely fashion, and it involves a bit more time and critical thinking, don't hire these guys.

POOR installation services. DID NOT know the regulations of the county they work in. Their installation FAILED the inspection with the county and have still not got it cleared. It’s been 8 months since install and still do not have a cleared installation. POOR customer support. Did not notify me of failed inspection until after permit was expired. Then asked for ADDITIONAL FEES to fix the issue that they should have done correct originally. I went externally to get the part fixed for a cheaper cost. Also asked me to pay for the permit extension even though they didn’t notify me until after it expired. Overall poor company to work with. Would advise to look elsewhere.

It is an actual pleasure to work with the ladies in the office! I felt extremely confident that we were going to be taken care of every step of the way. When the crew showed up to perform the the work, they were professional, knowledgeable, and their work was very tidy! I would recommend this company over and over again!
