Phillips Corp and their entire team done one heck of a job on rebuilding our home. We had all kinds of damage, the hurricane really done a number on the house and they gave us back our home. Courtney, she is a rockstar and nobody does their job better. She went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as she could. Can't thank her enough for the effort and hard work she put into it! Great job & thank you!! They were very helpful in the beginning and during the job… but afterward they are not. We had water damage which Initiated the call to them. We set up and had the floors replaced and the water damage taken care of. When they replace the flooring they had to removed the toilet, but when they put the toilet back something wasn’t connected right and is causing leakage and they still have yet to come out and fix it. Now I’m having the same issue with water getting under our floors. I’ve reached out and they had a guy who didn’t do the original job come out but he clearly said he didn’t know what the other guy did and would have to get with the office. I’ve emailed to set it up for the original guy to come out and provided days that I would be able to, but I have had no response. It seems they just want to get the work done and get payment, but not make sure things are done right or fix mistakes they caused. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I called and needed same day service as I had a water leak, they had a plumber, James, at my home 2.5 hours later (I did not call them until the afternoon) and he had the problem diagnosed within a few minutes, made sure the water would not leak until he could do the actual repair which was done the following day. Only reason it was not fixed on day 1 was the parts he needed were not something they usually carry with them. He went and picked up the parts and installed them with expert precision and in a very timely manner. This is the only company I will contact in the future for any plumbing issues.
