Great Company! I found them on my google search for a plumber I went with them because the other company's in my area had the worse reviews. I'm so glad I choose them they were on time, Respectful of my home laid down drop cloths to walk through my home. Was Affordable & I don't feel like I was ripped off keep in mind you get what you pay for :) They replaced my toilet Flange and installed the toilet back correctly they cleaned up the floor in bathroom and area when finished. They were clean and Professionals you could tell they been doing it for years. Call them you want regret it. This is the type of company you want doing your work trust me! while i had a positive experience with lance in the past, i can no longer use dickens plumbing as he is now way too expensive. i understand he is so busy he doesn't need new business but he said he still takes care of his existing customers. i needed two new toilets installed which i had purchased. two guys (not lance) showed up to do the job. 4 old shut-off valves were also replaced and an old laundry room sink removed. they were here exactly three hours and charged $750! they provided probably $20 in parts. the rest was labor. i don't know about you, but $243 an hour for labor is more than i can afford and is outrageously excessive. Total rip-off. I think they charged me for my own toilets i bought elsewhere. they owe me $400 which apparently i am not going to get. are there any honest and trustworthy contractors left in the world?
