I had Dickens install a shower valve. Left a small hole in the tiled shower wall for me to fix. I was not happy at the time. But later he contacted me and managed to give me a discount on the payment made so that I can get a bathroom tile installer to fix the small hole for me. He indicated that he wanted to always provide satisfactory work and keep customers happy. I am gratefully satisfied.

Update - 3/9/2021 - I was in a messy situation with the Disposal not working, water not draining and no way to wash dishes and my kitchen was looking like a scene from hoarders (ok not that bad but to me a disaster) Got a hold of Lance and he came out within 24 hours and like a magician he had it sorted and all back to work!! NOW for the task of washing all the dishes and getting them put away!! Dickens rocked it once again!!
