How in the world does this company still have a rating of 4.7 stars when there are dozens of 1 star horrible reviews? And here is another one. We had Advanced come to our home twice. Once to replace the shut off overflow sensor on our furnace and again to do a yearly service. The tech supposedly cleaned our pipe and serviced our unit stating to us that everything looked great and the unit is running great. Funny….. 2 weeks later we walk into our house from being at dinner and it’s 80 degrees in our house and our unit will not turn on. Called Advanced immediately and was told someone would call. Unfortunately, nobody called. We are now very suspect that nothing was serviced on our unit OR something was done that caused our “perfectly running” unit to suddenly stop. This company is horribly run and the techs are not skilled at all. Ended up calling another company, family owned with amazing reviews and they were so quick to respond and help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR SANIT

I’ve used this company for years but they are not who they used to be sadly. My AC was not working the other day. The repair man came in his van and a salesman came in a small truck. They said my compressor and unit had frozen up. My compressor was no longer working. It would take 4 to 12 weeks for a new compressor or I could buy a new $12,600 unit. The salesman was really bad at what he did. It was so obvious that he was lying. they both lied. I told him I would sleep on it. Thankfully had a reliable company come out and take care of it. Fixed in under 30 min and less than 300. I will never use advanced air again. I didn’t want to give this company any stars but wouldn’t let me post without at least one. They don’t even deserve that!

My ac unit is brand new. I came home 2 weeks ago to a house that was 90 degrees, the guy they sent out couldn’t speak English and said I had a Freon leak but couldn’t find it. That’s all my daughter could understand. He filled it up and took 2 hours on this. Now last night I come home, my laundry room is flooded, I made the call. William came out to my house, fixed the issue and when I explained the issue 2 weeks ago he immediately found the leak. Between the company and the guy they said I didn’t have warranty but I know when I purchased the unit I paid for a 10 yr warranty. William went over my paperwork with me and absolutely covered under warranty! Thank you so much William your honesty YOUR customer service was GREAT! Service: HVAC system repair
