My AC stopped working I called Abel, first time customer. They were very helpful. When the service guy arrived, Rick he was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and AC unit was up a running in 20 minutes. Thank you for the awesome service. Service: HVAC system repair

First I’d like to give 5 stars ⭐️ to Rick for being so nice and patient as I was trying to learn and asked so many questions. I love that I was able to call last night at 9PM and speak with a really nice lady who gave me great advice on what to do to get through the night. I called again this morning to let them know my unit was working but I would feel better having a service man come and check. Both lady’s I spoke with were great and each told me the service call would be $99. No question on price. I will DEFINITELY be using ABEL for my new unit when the times comes. This is the second time we've had an air conditioner emergency during summer and Abel air has saved the day! They came out right away, found the issue and explained it to us thoroughly along with the costs and then fixed it in a snap!
