I am a local property manager and was dealing with roof damages on several of the homes I am managing after Hurricane IAN. Dave and his employees did take care of most of the repairs and replacements already. My calls during office hours were always taken by a (very kind!) office Manager on the phone. It didn't take longer then a week for getting an appointment for a visit and the estimate for the cost of repair or replacement was in my email immediately after they inspected the roof. The owner did follow up, but I felt never pressured to sign a contract, when the insurance money was not yet in my account.
