There is a reason why Advanced Home Electrical Solutions are a 5 Star rated business. They don't mess around, they take on a job and get it done!! This is our second time using Jason (Owner) @Advanced Home Electrical Solutions. The first time was for some work needed at our home. I knew then he would be our Electrician for life. This time we needed Jason and his experience crew to help us with a our pet grooming storefront build-out in Port Charlotte Yes4Paws????. He knew how important it was to us and did everything in his power to get the Job done within a week. I believe he made us a priority more then he needed too and for this I can't thank him enough. So before i end this review. There is one more person I must mention. Thank you Alyse for everything and making sure I received all those scheduled appointments messages. ???? Alyse was great in setting up the appointment. Mike was on time, even early! He was knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Luckily a quick easy fix with an explanation. EXCELLENT customer service and communication from beginning to end. On top of great work. I contacted them through the website and received a response within 5 minutes from Jason. They had me call to schedule, which was very easy - the woman who answered the phone was very nice and professional. Estimate was scheduled within a few days. Received a text confirmation for our appointment immediately and a reminder text the day before. On the day of, we received another update text when the technician Jason was on his way. Jason actually was ahead of schedule, super professional, and very knowledgable. We received an official estimate for approval within 24 hours - it was a very fair price. Once we approved, they scheduled us for a little over a week later. Again, text reminders. The technician who did the work was professional and efficient and took the time to answer questions and explain EVERYTHING to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
