Gem sent Clay and Nick to install and hookup new kitchen sink and install all new plumbing and hook up new dishwasher. The installation was stellar and their professionalism showed in every aspect of the project. After completion they checked their work and then re-checked it again making sure it was Perfect. Their demeanor was friendly and helpful and beyond reproach.. I will only use Gem in the future. The total bill was extremely reasonable for the time and effort they put into the job. I have been a resident here for over 20 years and finding a business that has integrity has been a challenge to say the least.... Do yourself a favor and call Gem for all your plumbing needs.... Valve to water line was leaking due to age. Nothing major, but repair was made promptly. Also discovered the hot water tank was leaking/rusted and advised replacement. Old unit was still under warranty, so replacement was discounted to only $550. GEM handled all the paperwork and new unit was installed in less than one week. Somewhat of an emergency situation didn't have an appointment but said they would work me in, which was amazing since Ian. I called about 9 am, they we're here by 1 pm. Rob came to the rescue and fixed our pipe leaks in the shower professionally and efficiently.
