Horrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs! Beware Upgraded my breaker box and was having a NEMA 6-50 plug installed. They showed up late, one guy left and then the remaining guy had to stay until 11:00 pm. They installed the wrong breaker box and did not have the NEMA 6-50 plug. They had to come back and did not show up when they scheduled the replacement. Finally a guy showed up 3 days after it was scheduled and did complete the work. After that was completed a circuit kept blowing a breaker. They sent out a rude electrician and called me a liar, saying it was like that. He became very hostile and had to ask him to leave my house. I called and complained about him. I had to deal with three different managers over a three month period as they quit or were fired. They do not return phone calls and scheduling was extremely hard to deal with to get the products I paid for. Very shady dealings and do not deliver what they promise. I also had one of their plumbers come out to inspec
I would not use Best Home Services again. We had a hot water tank installed on July 21st 31 days ago. The job was completed and the installer left. We left the premises one half hr. Later. When we returned one hour later the water line they hooked up blew. The garage and newly remodeled home were flooded. We immediately called them (2:30pm)Their first response was we can probably get someone there by midnight. We now had 2 inches of water in the house. We asked them about the 4 trucks they advertised just waiting for emergencies!!! Someone was there within 31/2 hours. Now it is 31days later. The buck has been passed to four managers and nothing has been resolved yet. We have been very patient until now. We are both in our 80’s the stress is getting to us.
