We are very happy with our new roof from GSD. Andrew Palmer leads a quality construction team. Initially, our roof was delayed due to material shortages after Ian. Once the project began, it was completed within weeks. The installers were experienced and worked tirelessly each day. The project moved quickly from tear off to material delivery to installation. The county roof inspector told us that GSD was doing a quality job. Andrew guided us through the entire project letting us know when materials and installers would arrive. Andrew was fantastic to work with and is extremely professional. Thanks for a quality roof GSD!

Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals. From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless. My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess. They were very efficient and worked together well. My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process. GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience. Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right. GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

Today at 10:15 a.m. I encountered a representative driving one of your vehicles threatened to push me off the road wouldn't let me continue to go forward because he was an emergency merge lane the drove next to me from del Prado to skyline threatening me and pushing over on me good thing I don't get threatened easy by about a creep.
