The technician was very acknowledge of the problem went directly to and replace the part and make sure the AC was working properly. Very respectful young man my gratitude for performing a great job and have my AC RUNNING AGAIN. I do not have words to be expressed my gratitude towards A/C Pros of Florida Inc. The crew have saved me on the emergency service with over 80 degrees inside . Quickly figure it out what caused a problem which tells me they are professional. Additionally to fixing the problem, they also run general AC performance check such as Freon amount in the unit. Kind enough to wear shoe covers Inside my house in respect to you and the place where you live - BIG PLUS FOR ME ! They have answered all my questions I had in details . I helped get an a/c split unit for a veteran with no air and Freon leaked out after veteran installed unit and A/C pros was able to come right out and take care of getting it up and running . It also had to have a part missing that Dalton went out of his way to get part and bring it out very next day ! All is good now and appreciate helping a vet ???? Service: HVAC system repair
