I want to give you some feedback. Every worker sent to my home by Accurate Power during the installation did a great job, they were professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after their part in the process and kept me informed. I also would like to thank the office personnel, especially Haley & Kim, for always being extremely helpful in all aspects. I purchased the extended service contract and look forward to many years of peace of mind.

I was expecting their call to set up an appointment as I am installing a home generator. It seems that they work with Generac and Kohler. Well, they called today... and instead of setting up an appointment date and time, the lady who called told me first... "the job could run between eleven thousand to fifteen thousand".... and I said... "don't you need to check first the house lay out, ground work needed, etc...?" She said, no.... and I said "Thanks, then!" and I hunged up... So I just felt that they wanted to check my financial ability to go ahead with the job before moving a finger. I will never do business with a company like that.

Accurate Power and Technology ordered, delivered and installed my Generac generator at my home in a very timely fashion. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and professional when they installed the generator and did an excellent job explaining how the generator functioned. I can rest easily now knowing that if a hurricane or some other unforeseen incident occurs, I will not lose power.
