In 2017 Hurricane Irma blew my roof off. I have a new metal roof installed. It leaked, had the contractor, out 7 times and they tried all sorts of fixes, replaced the cap down the middle of the roof with a larger cap, did all sorts of patches, replaced the skylights. Nothing worked, had two other repairmen attempt to correct the leak. Still nothing worked, Pro Specialty Services came and Caleb used a special sealant and now my roof does not leak. One of the most discouraging feelings is to walk into you bathroom during a rainstorm and find water dripping from the ceiling, thanks Caleb, i no longer endure that sinking feeling, my roof is finally fixed. Highly recommend! Caleb was very friendly and professional. Took his time explaining the process, materials needed, and price. Work was completed as scheduled and we are very happy with the results (coating our patio roof and replacing doors on our shed). He had also worked with a few of our neighbors and they recommended him to us.
