Absolutely excellent experience with this company. They actually did a roof repair on one of our homes (very reasonable) and a complete roof replacement on our other home. They were great to work with and got us scheduled very quickly. Also, they left absolutely no mess afterward.

Simmons Performance Roofing came out shortly after I suddenly lost my husband -- another roofing company in Eustis had repaired an area on the roof over the garage that shingles had blown off during a hurricane ---the 'other' company did a very poor job - shingles did not match and then during the next storm -- most blew off again. Simmons came out -- repaired the entire area -- and then -- re-checked it -- they did a fabulous job and were less money than the shoddy roof contractor who came before.
