Very displeased with the service. When the shingles were delivered the mess that was left behind had to be cleaned up by my renters. When the job was completed the dump trailer was left in front of the garage door for a week. Because the renter's car was left in the garage, they didn't have access to that car for a week. After I call Simmons several times they finally came and removed the trailer. I paid the renters $50.00 a day for their inconvenience of not having use of their car. I asked Simmons to reimburse me for that expense. All I was given was excuses and blame on the renters for putting there car in their own garage to start with! I also had to call them to come back out to clean up staples and nails that was so pose to be already done. With all these problems, I can only hope that the roof was done better then their pre and post work was done. Needless to say, I would not use this company again!
Simmons gave us a prompt and acceptable estimate, and discussed options. They arrived to replace our roof within a time frame of exactly what was discussed. The employees were courteous and the work appears to be good quality. We are very satified.
My in laws are in their 80’s and were concerned with their leaking roof after a big storm. Living out of state I thought it would be hard to handle for them. I found Simmons and called. Simmons arrived same day to Tarp the roof. I was so thankful they came out right away so my husband’s parents didn’t have to worry about leaking in the house. Simmons gave them a great price to repair it. They came when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would. Roof was repaired perfectly. My father in law now keeps their number on his fridge. They now recommend you to all their friends! Really appreciate that they took care of them.
