Cast iron piping nightmare!!! Alex and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a reasonable quote to replace the entire cast iron piping to PVC in my single family home. He did the job in 4 days?!?!?! (Unheard of)!! It’s an Airbnb so I couldn’t afford to take 2 weeks off the market. Just to dig under the house to replace the entire pipe job. That’s what everyone else was quoting. He was fast, answer all my questions, and made the entire process very easy. He kept saying “don’t worry” and honestly working with him. I never did. This wasn’t my first rodeo with cast iron and he really made this project a breeze. He cleaned up everything and he even replaced the slab that he had to break through to get down under. We had other plumbing companies come to the house, and they told us we needed to tear the wall in my shower down and replace my shower valve. When AY's plumber arrived he assessed the problem quickly and told us that we would not have to do any such thing. Turns out it all that was needed was a new shower cartridge. My garage flooded on 11/11/22. I called this company because of the great reviews. They came quickly and worked for a few hours. Apparently the main pipe was clogged. They left to go get a machine. After a few hours they hadn’t come back , so i called the company. No one answered. I kept calling. Voicemail was full. I left my number to be texted. No response. The two men eventually returned w the machine. They climbed on the roof and used the machine. They then said it was unclogged. It was dark. I went to do a wash the next morning and garage was flooding again. I called the company. No response. I kept calling. No response. My friend called and left her number. I had paid them 385$ . I had to call another company & pay much more since it was Saturday. They never called me back but called my friend thinking she was a new customer
