NOEL NAZARIO was my field MGR, they need to clone this man! He represents this company like it was his family business. IF you want to GUARANTEE feeling secure in product/installation (even the city inspector said they always get it right). Then pay a little more if you need to and use FHIA. I went to other companies for estimates, and I really didn’t find a comparable comparison. I found cheaper, but not without losing peace of mind. I must go back to my field manager, Noel Nazario he ensures everyone on the team during your installation is 100% working as a team. To name a few Frank, Louis, & there was a woman who really put that extra detail helping the guys. She was great and they all worked excellent as a team. They really really worked with detail (and we are super picky).They were clean as possible & careful to protect your home (just amazing)My sales person Kate was nice, there were some things that I expected from her to follow through but again, thank God for the great fiel

I called FHIA and a consultant came out right away with roofing shingles samples with him. He explained the difference types of roofing materials and how important the number of under layer help determine the cost, and explained each layer . He went over the various guarantees. He went over financing with me. He ran my credit and explained how much that could be financed with my score. He explained that once the finance is set up, I wouldn’t have to made a payment or interest for 18 months. He let me knew after I put a down payment on the project that I would get a call once they obtained the permit from the city to schedule the project. They came out and tore off the whole roof and put on all the under layers and put just a small portion of the new shingles, all in a day until the city could come out to do their first inspection. There was some discrepancy about the inspection date, so the project wasn’t completed until the next week including the final inspection. I pleased with the
