They tore down my old and leaking roof tile, replaced all the bad wood and installed a new tile roof as well as a new flat roof. They did a pretty much perfect job. Ray helped us to get a beautiful flat tile that had just come in to the supplier so we didn’t have to wait for our tile order and since our roof was leaking this was much appreciated. Advanced responded to every phone call within the hour and the guys were very professional. This was a 5 Star experience and we are very happy with all aspects.
Advanced Roofing re-roofed an occupied supermarket in our shopping center. Not only was everyone I dealt with professional and courteous, they also got the job done without any complaints from the tenant. I can highly recommend them. They did it again! Four years after our first experience with Advanced Roofing I am happy to report that they haven't lost a step. This time they re-roofed approx. 75,000 sq/ft. of an occupied shopping center. Again they impressed with timely and professional work. I can truly recommend Advanced Roofing!
I highly recommend Advanced Roofing. They recently completed a re roof of our 15,000 sq ft office building in Boca Raton FL, and they did a great job. Starting out with their sales process, I knew they were different. Super professional, thorough presenting me with several options and discussing the advantages/trade offs for each. What blew me away is after signing the agreement they did not ask for a deposit! All other roofing companies I spoke to wanted money up front, but not Advanced. They did not need money until the permit was filed and materials were on site. The permit process went off without a hitch, everyone I worked with in their office was professional and competent. The job went smoothly and apparently not a big one for them. They sent a professional crew and got the project completed as quickly as possible working around the weather.
