Water heater went out yesterday morning - called these guys, they had plumber out next morning. They called me first in morning, Dave the plumber arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and got the job done in short order at reasonable cost under estimate despite the tight fit removing and replacing in utility closet under A/C air handler. I've been using Veteran's plumbing for over a decade now! (Yes, there was once or twice I used another company in hopes of getting a better deal....but I still keep coming back to Veteran's Plumbing, because the job is always done RIGHT the FIRST TIME!)

If I could give zero I would! They came to my house so many times to try and fix a problem that they never fixed and I paid a lot of money for the problem For it to be fixed yet it never was. They kept coming back to fix it and they never fixed it instead my house kept getting flooded, and when I brought other plumbers to get second opinions(3 different companies) to check on the work that they have done, all 3 companies confirmed that the problem I initially had was never fixed. Instead what veteran plumbing told us to do and let me add in a threatening letter was to replace the cast iron pipe under the house which of course cost a lot of money to do, also let me add they just went with the assumption that the pipes are broken and this is without ever using a camera to check out the lines because they never had a camera working in the first place.
