Steve and crew was awesome to work with. We had a major leak in an older home we purchased, two weeks in. They were punctual, professional, and informed us every step of the way. In particular, Steve educated on where the problem was, the shoddy work that had been done previously on the roof, and the steps they were taking to rectify the problem. Not only did they fix the leak, but they applied additional Mortar around the Chimney that was missing and touched it off with fresh paint. Much Appreciated!

Steve and Ray put on a new roof over 5 yrs ago and it was a great experience! They've come out promptly several times since to make minor repairs (from a solar water system that's now gone) and have always been very reasonable with any repairs. After sourcing no less than 8 roofing companies for nearly six months, with all of the biggest and ones with the best reviews (which don't always hold up irl) I chose Advantage. About 2 months ago I had a flat roof replacement. Ray and team, followed up, came out 2 times just to double check some things I'd asked. The price was fair and reasonable. He didn't overpromise or over commit or over charge. He and the crew were professional, well taken care of - he buys them lunch and was sitting out in extreme heat and rain working with them, and was on time with everything. If I had a question he called me back right away. For the remainder of the roofing bids, it was hilarious. Anyone you google or hear about I called. It was a very wide range of experiences from the most ridiculous (the one with the best reviews) to decent hard working roofing companies, family owned to bigger roofing companies. One in particular actually asked to come inside and see my "leak" which had no bearing
