Unreliable. No show, no phone call, lame excuse. Scheduled Monday for Friday AM, Friday AM no show, no call. Friday PM phone call claiming my phone voice mail didn't work in the morning. Phone is Verizon iPhone with voice mail, checked it - no missed calls in list and no voice mail from plumber yet do have other AM missed call in list and corresponding voice mail from another company. It's possible Verizon had glitch with just the plumber but more likely I got sandbagged. If they had just be honest that they didn't have a resource that'd be one thing but the lame phone excuse doesn't cut it.
Had complete waste line blockage. Showed up just when they said, 1.5 hours after call. Guy needed assistance, 2 more plumbers showed up. Searchrd for and found buried cleanout. Very nice guys. Saved the day!
I have used F&K plumbing every time I needed a plumber for several years now at my home as well as a rental property. They are prompt, highly professional, and give a fair price for all the problems I needed fixed (slab leaks, leaking toilets, clogged drains, faucet replacements, and a few I probably forgot). I highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. They use the latest tools and techniques with an old school work ethic and stand by their work.
