I had water coming down from a unit above me and the technician quickly determined it to be caused by a bathroom leak and not an a/c drain leak. I called at 11AM and the tech arrived at 3 PM promptly. The leak was repaired and provided me with drywall people to repair the ceiling. Quick,efficient,clean and reasonable. Ambassador Air is fantastic. They do a great job but don't get the service agreement. I asked what benefits they are to having the agreement and they said one of the things is preferred scheduling. Well waiting almost two weeks for a check up is not preferred scheduling. I had to call another company because I was leaving on vacation and I wanted to make sure the system worked well.
