In one word...UNPROFESSIONAL. I called this company for a sewer connection. At first, the owner was polite and confirmed that he would come the next day. However, the day he was supposed to come I had to text him and check in with him, at which point he again confirmed he would be coming in "25 minutes" but never showed. To top it off, he NEVER reached out to apologize or reschedule. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Beware: Take your money somewhere else. Service: Sewer repair

I called them because they were recommended by several residents in my neighborhood on the Next Door site. I have to agree with those who reviewed them earlier: competent, professional, tidy, and all at a pretty good price, just under $500. (I had several smallish jobs: a sink pop-up, which Eduardo diagnosed as the reason for mysterious water on bathroom floor; a hose bib, a toilet fill valve and flapper, and a kitchen faucet install. Eduardo was not just good at his job, he was pleasant and courteous-- not always a given in surly south Florida! One small quibble: They were a bit difficult to reach/schedule on the phone, especially when my new faucet leaked and Eduardo and a co-worker returned. The fault is the faucet not the installation, it seems, and he told me how to order a new part myself (saving additional plumbing fees.)

I tried to install a new kitchen sink faucet myself and finally gave up. I had my old faucet partially out and everything out from under the sink. I called Father and Son in the early afternoon and they came at 4:00. Both were very professional, pleasant and efficient. They had some difficulty because of the placement of the granite, but devised a fix. Could not have been more pleased. Will use again. Highly recommend! Service: Faucet installation
