Kevin was the best professional repair person I have ever hired! Kevin was on time, highly efficient and expert in doing the repair and he was patient, proficient, polite and expedient! Paradise Plumbing is fortunate to have Kevin on staff and I am fortunate that Kevin was my plumbing service repair person. Kevin arrived promptly to our house where he spent some time studying our toilet to determine the problem. Unfortunately, through no fault of his, we had to replace the toilet. He was thorough in going through the three possible solutions until we arrived at replacing it completely. He very quickly replaced it and the whole process was finished within 2 hours. He was courteous and kind and he explained everything he needed to do in two languages so everyone involved would understand. On top of that, he gave us a good deal. Kevin was wonderful!

Raymond did the diagnostic on my A/C system, showed me the problem, described it clearly and explained my options in a considerate manner. Richard came the next day to do the repair and cleaning.
