PCA Electrical Services

I had wonderful service from the beginning. Great customer service and very professional. They offer same day appointments and flexible with time, which is what I needed with my hectic schedule and very fair rates. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable, was in and out and cleaned up before completed. I am so glad I chose them and now have an electrician I can rely upon.

PCA doesn't know the rules and regulations. After completing the first part of the job, the inspector came out and informed them that FPL has to disconnect the power to the breaker box, not PCA. They say they didn't know that, which is a lie, other companies that quoted me told me that FPL would have to come out and disconnect power. Also that I need a new grounding system. (Being a Electrical Contractor you would think they would know this stuff *they don't*) Now I waited weeks for them to come out to finish the job with FPL. I had to call many times to get this scheduled. They don't answer the phone or call you back. You have to keep hounding them to get them moving to answer you. After many weeks waiting for them to finish what they started they wanted to charge me more than the estimate. They took a deposit for the job and permit, then wanted to charge me over the estimate for the permit, which was clearly written in the estimate to begin with. I will never use them again.

Scam business called me claiming to be FPL with a scheduled day to come disconnect my power meanwhile FPL has no knowledge of them and my bill is up to date. Immediately gave me another number to call to try to collect money
