I have been hesitant to write a review as we believe in supporting local businesses. We have used Reflow Plumbing several times and being trusting and thinking they were professional didn’t realize that the plumbers are untrained and don’t know plumbing. We will not use them again nor recommend them. They cost me a re-do of 2 jobs as I had to have another plumber come into fix their work. They are so unknowledgeable their plumber couldn’t even change the inner workings of a toilet properly. That was a costly mistake as it allowed the toilet to endlessly run for days. We own a vacation rental and it was unoccupied at the time so I discovered it when I went to check on the property. Water is expensive on FT Myers Beach. Another time they needed to fix the cartridge of a shower. They came to look prior to assure they had the correct part. After disassembling the shower cartridge, the Reflow plumber discovered he didn’t have the correct part. That time the hot water ran at a great volume f

On Friday night my kitchen sink backed up while my handyman was here. He couldn't fix my problem so in the morning I called Reflow. They had installed my water heater six months ago and did a great job. This time they out did themselves!!! They worked on my thirty year old manufactured home for hours and not only found and fix the problem but cleaned everything perfect. It's important for us to keep our money on the Beach and this is the plumber to use. The plumber listed first when you google is not on the Beach and I strongly recommend Reflow.
