First visit, for cleaning and filter replacement. Cost $597. They told us we need to repair ($5,000) or replace ($10,000) our five ton A/C unit. They are only 3-4 years old. Called in a different company. They said the units are all fine, but the cleaning of one unit was not done very well. Cost $300. Run, don't walk, away from 5 C Air. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Stephen came out and first thing introduced himself. Which is a big bonus for me instead of just showing up and asking where the problem was. So for me very personable from the start. The services he took care of was done in a great timely manner. The price was excellent! I will recommend 5 Star air to anyone that needs it! Definitely calling again when I need service! AC compresser stopped running. Called at 2:18 and asked if they could help me out. Promised a technician would arrive between 6 and 6:30. Really happy when the tech arrived around 4:30 and left about 30 minutes later with the issue found, corrected, and the system was back in service. Highly recommended. Service: HVAC system repair
