I broke my AC unit while performing 'DIY' maintenance. I explained my issue to Andrew at AC Pros. He was patient and professional. He gave me some good over-the-phone troubleshooting tips. In the end I was able to get the AC working without booking an appointment. You can tell when someone actually cares about their work. He could have just blown me off and made me schedule an appointment, but he actually took the time to help me over the phone knowing he wasn't going to upsell me on new replacement parts like some other unscrupulous AC repair shop I've dealt with in the past.
