Made an appointment with a 2-hour windows and took time off work to be home but no one showed up. I called the office and after they checked with several personnel they said someone was on their way, so I requested that they contact me to know how much longer it would take. Next I get a call from Mr. Sandoval who said he was sick, so I asked why on one called to cancel, he said it was he who had to call to cancel and I could reschedule or cancel the appointment. I cancelled the appointment because if they disregarded my time just for an appointment they really didn't value or need my business. Given Coharbor's response I have called them back to reschedule for tomorrow and so far have spent 13 minutes ON HOLD. So much for being their #1 priority. They've just added insult to injury and their reply was false.

Our technician Santiago was wonderful. He was on time, professional, clean and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend Santiago and this company more!
