Allstate did a fantastic job on fixing up our roof after the hurricane ian. We had minimal damage from Ian but needed a few spots on the roof fixed. Allstate came out on a thursdays and were told it would be installed on monday. They ended up installing it on saturday! Super amazing job and super fast!! They didnt over bid us and they delivered well beyond our expectations. Thank you Allstate construction roofing. We will recommend you to friends and familys! Ask for Oscar hes the man!!! I was a hurricane victim and needed a new roof. I need to share my experience so nobody else gets scammed. I signed a contract 3 1/2 months ago. I complied with everything they asked of me. I was told just sign this contract and they would take care of everything. They said installation would be 3-4 months. I called yesterday for an update on my project expecting the crews to show up any day. I was informed that my sales representative was no longer with the company and my project was not assigned to anyone else!! I requested the owner to call me to discuss this! He is the one that closed the deal. I have not received a call! He won’t own up to this! He convinced me that there was all these fly by night roofers and he would stand behind his work. Ha! It is really bad when people take advantage of hurricane victims! Pass on this scam artist company!

Found Allstate Exteriors through Angi/Home Advisor. Made an appointment with Allstate Exteriors so they could assess two leaks I have in my roof, and provide a quote. I missed a call from an Allstate Exteriors representative, who left a voice message. My employer does not allow me to answer calls at work. Otherwise I would have picked up the phone. The representative wanted to reschedule for an earlier time. That is a reasonable request. However, the representative indicated that he would still show up at the appointed time of 5pm if he did not hear back from me. It is now 5:51pm on the appointed day and Allstate Exteriors is a no show. I guess my money is not green enough or something of the sort. Maybe they are flush with cash from all the insurance money that has been flying around since hurricane Ian. Regardless, they have demonstrated that they do not care about me, and likely do not care about you either. Skip over this company and give your money to an organization that is inve
