We had an emergency roof leak in our Florida home in 2021 after we returned north for the summer. It wasn’t big yet (inside drip causing bedroom ceiling water damage) but might become a bigger problem especially in the rainy season. We called one big name Fort Myers roofer, left voicemails twice and they never called back. San Carlos Roofing answered the phone right away and honestly told us the repair timeframe given the volume of existing work they had taken in. They got us an estimate in a few weeks (price seemed fair) and completed the work in less time than expected. We would reach out to them again for any issue, major or minor. Highly recommended.
