Great experience on a really HOT Sunday... AND came out, diagnosed problem and said they would be back Monday or Tuesday when part was available...Monday morning I called with questions I thought of after sales guy left.... Bryan called back... answered my concerns and part was installed on Monday.... installer was here in the heat of the day for like 3 hours and found another issue he could not repair but a service technician came back next day and fixed it... no extra chg.... great service! Eric, the service tech was extremely knowledgeable as well as being professional. I had expected to have to replace the unit and be without air for days. Eric assessed the situation and fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost and I had air conditioning right away. I am extremely satisfied with And Services and will recommend the to anyone. Eric was very professional and provided detailed explanations of what he was checking and looking for. He took his time and treated us like we were his only customer for the day. After his inspection, we called his manager (Brian) who was also very informative, patient, honest, and professional. They did not try and sell me on anything. Explained the problem and cost to fix my a/c. I then asked for a quote to replace the unit and I asked about new blown in insulation. At the end of the visit, I will have a new high efficiency a/c and insulation 72 hours after the service call. Since my a/c was freezing up and losing coolant, Eric returned shortly after 9 pm with 2 portable a/c units to help keep us cool for the next several days! Outstanding customer service.
