After the hurricane it was difficult to get on anyone's schedule for even a quote. But Marc came out, talked me through what we needed, didn't try to sell me on more that I needed and gave me a fair quote (about 75% less than the competition!). They were able to get the community-required shingles and even credited me for some shingles I had left over in the garage that they were able to use. When a few tabs along the garage edge were missed, they sent out a supervisor to investigate and got the team back out to replace those in short order.
