Your technician did a so called free ac check up on my 85 year old mother's ac unit ,and preceded to relieve my mother of $ 1000 ,SHAME ON YOU and shame on your employees.. Service: A/C system maintenance

Nice people service tech was wonderful. They did a whole new system for me and that was fair priced was close to 3 others that quoted they were just able to get out right away so give them 5 stars on that... but 250 to change out a 30 dollar capacitor was a bit much. I expected 100 dollar service call that's fair but 150 for the capacitor. OuCh. But they still got out fast and tech was wonderful.

I was referred to use this company for my A/C needs. I called to schedule a service call, the experience was awesome. The technicians were professional and very helpful. Makenson is very knowledgeable, he quoted me to replace my unit. He allowed my enough time to shop around a bit. Then I ended up hire them for the job, they were very punctual. They kept me in the loop during the whole process, from ordering the new unit, to the installation. I will recommend anyone ro use BEST QUALITY HEATING AND COOLING of SWFL.
