So far so good. First time using Hurricane since they took over our last provider. A bit taken back on the replacement cost they charged for replacing the inferred lite system . I could have bought an airplane. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

I highly recommend! My husband and I have had three other companies, and they are by far the most professional. For example, the reason why my air conditioning unit was not working and keeping up was because the previous vendor was supposed to be adding coolant versus the coolant being released. Hurricane Air took over at our condo building when the owners of the previous company retired. We called them when our AC wasn't working. The tech proceeded to tell us how dirty the unit was, perhaps without realizing Hurricane Air had supposedly done the yearly routine maintenance only 4 months ago! I also received a text asking for a review before the tech even arrived. And received a quote for a new AC within an hour after he left. The quote has options for Platinum, Gold, Silver etc...just give me a quote! I shouldn't have to pay for the platinum quote to get acceptable customer service.
