We have dealt with Choice Maintenance Group for 7 years. They are always more than willing to assist with any request - big or small, they are professional and reliable and their work ethic is of a very high standard.

What companies don't realize today is that what goes up must come down. We phoned on Friday afternoon and asked if they were interested in doing a small remodel project. The person on the phone hemmed and hawed (first clue) and stated they couldn't start until June. No problem here. He set an appointment to look at the project Monday at 10. We were completely blown off. Not only did he not show up but he didn't take 2 minutes to let us know. My husband called about 11:15 and the person on the other end really didn't know what was going on. At noon I asked my husband to call and cancel. No one cared to ask why. I realize the building business is booming and everyone is over booked. I have no problem with that. My problem is the totally unprofessional way we were treated. I certainly won't be calling them again when business is slow.
