HomePros has been great to work with. This is the second time I have used HomePros, The first was in my rental property, this time it was in my primary residence. My air conditioner stopped cooling down due to a leak in the Condenser coil which was 14 years old. Alex Lazada, came out, found the leak, discussed potential solutions, of which was a new unit. (14 years for an AC in Florida is about the life cycle). I ask a lot of questions, of which Alex answered all of them, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Before he left that day he made sure my old unit was cooling and limping through until I had the new unit installed. The HomePros crew came in and replaced the unit, they were on time, professional, and efficient. The new unit is smaller and quieter then the original, thanks Alex, Tyler, Adrian and Steve. Omg, after having horrible experiences with Best home services, who overcharged my 81 year old mother, only to have her air stop working within an hour of them leaving! ???? Tyler came out and fixed the problem right away! Within an hour my 81 year old mother had air! I switched my home service and my mother to them! Finally someone trustworthy!!
