Horrible company to work with. Technicians don't show up. No call no show, in accurate pricing!!!.

I was an established customer of this company. They gave me an appointment that I waited almost two weeks for but they did not show up. They didn't even call. They did call the next day and wanted to set up another appointment almost two weeks later. They appear to be too busy to honor their commitments. They certainly don't value my business. This company is a Home Depot partner. I got an AC tuneup for $9.00. Yes, as in nine bucks. HD had a promo so I said OK. I was a little hesitant at first, but it was very legit. Vinny did a great job inspecting the unit, taking temperatures from the intake and the ceiling vents. He explained everything he did and didn’t seem to mind my following him around. I had told him that it seemed to be working well. We just bought the house in March and I know from the old owner’s records the unit was just over 2 years old. It felt great when Vinny’s said it was a fine unit in great shape, he didn’t have to fix or add or adjust anything. He is a true professional and very personable.
