Our emergency was taken care of excellently. As soon as we called, the emergency plumber, Roger, reached back shortly for a time in which we could expect him. He was beyond polite, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He had an intricate job at hand, as our home’s plumbing was incorrectly installed by construction. Yet he tackled everything with so much patience. He educated us on his job process and where the problem came from. His manners were so admirable and we are beyond grateful for his care and attention during his time with us.
Woke up this morning and had no water. Called Lee County Plumbing and they put me on the schedule that same day. Had water in my house by end of day. Very professional and knowledgeable.
