The procedure, possible additional repair needs, cost and payment procedures were explained in detail by Dwin. His honesty and integrity were refreshing and everything was exactly as described. The roof replacement was completed quickly and with great workmanship. The on-site supervisor Thomas shared pictures of several areas of the roof that required additional plywood repairs and we appreciated his descriptions and explanation. The crew was fantastic!
