Highly recommend Lloyd Roofing for a new roof after hurricane Ian. They were prompt & professional all the way through the process. Rast came out to take a look at the roof initially & get everything ordered to start the process, super nice guy who explained the whole process & timeline. Lauren takes over after that to schedule & guide you through the roof installation process & I can’t say enough good things about her communication & dedication to making sure you are informed every step of the way. If you need ANYTHING, she will take care of it. The roof came out even better than expected. The installation crew was very professional & worked hard for tear-off & installation. They did a wonderful job with cleanup also. Overall, we were truly blessed to have Lloyd Roofing replace our old roof & install the new one. I would highly recommend their services to anyone !! My roof was damaged by Hurricane IAN last year, and LLOYDS Roofing just finished up completing my new roof. First I would like to commend Lauren, who was honest and very helpful with information concerning when the concrete tile would arrive and be installed. She held my hand through this entire process and texted updates and followed through on everything! Every company should have a representative like her! Needless to say, I was very upset and nervous with the aftermath of IAN. When her crew came out, they work every day from 7:30 am until the sunset. They wanted to get the job done. In addition they cleaned up afterwards everyday. i heard horrible stories about people finding nails all over their yards etc. That was not the case with LLOYDS ROOFING! Lloyd Roofing did a fantastic job replaced my roof about a month ago. Jim the sales guy was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew was friendly and cleaned up all the debris. Rast and Lauren kept in touch about scheduling. Price was a bit lower then the 2 other bids. Would highly recommend this company.
