Its Friday evening, my sister just returned back from a long day at work and found her air conditioner was not working. She asked if I could help. I called a friend who recommended I give Scott a call with Quality Service Company. Scott was on site within one hour, diagnosed the problem, and had my sister’s air-conditioner fixed shortly after. Scott was professional, courteous, and affordable. In addition to fixing the problem, Scott found the drain pipe was not pitched properly and took care of it. He also made a few recommendations to make the system run more efficiently. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services or materials.
