These guys were phenomenal. Great availability and very responsive. Well priced. I got a few quotes and they were the lowest. One of the other big companies spent 20 minutes trying to access the leaking spot in the attic but these guys immediately identified there was no attic access just from the shape of the roof. It was a complicated problem and apparently leaking in two spots (which we didn't know at the time), because they fixed one and then i found half as much leaking the next time it rained. They were super professional, came right out, found and fixed the other spot without charging me additional. Would highly recommend. Will use them for all my roof repairs in the future. Lewie from Royal Roofing was professional, punctual and well communicated. He explained clearly what work that needs to be done. Him and his dad showed up on time and finished the repairs in timely manner, he even checked the whole roof for any popped up nails and nailed them back, the working area was immaculate after all works were done. The roof's color was perfectly matched that we couldn't tell the difference between old and new shingles. His price was affordable compared to others too. We're very happy with the repairs that Lewie and his dad did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended to everyone. FYI, Lewie and his company do roofing repair only. He gave 1 year warranty IN PAPER for all works.
