Roof Smart is outstanding in every aspect of their business. The sales person was close to the project the entire time. The owner of Roof Smart was at my property the first day of the tear off. When I asked who are you he replied, I am the owner of the company and go to every job site big or small. I was blown away and that comment by the owner was validated by he crews. The tear off crew worked 10 hour days in 95 degree heat for two days. They did a great job managing debris cleanup to keep the neighbors happy. The crew that snapped the chalk lines were equally competent and completed their work in less than a day setting up the roof for tile delivery. Even the tile delivery was careful to place the pallets of tiles in the driveway that allowed for access to the garage. The tile setting crew spent three long, hot days perfectly placing flat grey tiles and ridge tiles in place and when more tiles then required were needed they were made available from the tile manufacturer over the
